TD 13 on Windows XP 2003

Looking at PMON users are IDLE in AMP State and PE State.

And their Logon times are more than 9 days old. How come their session are shown connected for more than 9 days when I believe they have logged on and off after that?

I am wondering if it is safe for me to disconnect their sessions?
