TD 13 on Windows Professionals.

I logon to TD Administrator by setting up sysdba userid and password in ODBC.

I use the same password for both PRD and DEV. I can logon to PRD but not to DEV.

When I test in logging to DEV I get this error.

     *** Failure 8017 The UserId, Password or Account is invalid.
     *** Error: Logon failed!

I wonder why one environment allows me to logon and the other doesn't.
