Hi,

I hate to sound pedantic, but "what code" ?

SELECT statements should be the same as they only read one copy of the data.

COLLECT STATS will be the same as they only read one copy of the data.

Maintenance commands will be more expensive as they have two sets of data to maintain - double the number of I/O operations.
