Thank you all for reply.

My laptop has all the required software and hardware requirements.

And I am installing teradata 13.0 version.

When I check the path C:\Program Files\Teradata I am able to find only teradatat administrator and sql assistant folders.i did not find any exe's for bteq, fastload, multiload etc

In the command prompt if I type BTEQ then it is saying 'bteq is not recognized as an internal or external command.'

My operating system is windows XP3.

When I check the path Start -> All Programs I am not finding the installed utilities.

I am surprised to see while installing it is not at all giving any warning or error so that we can trace out that error.
