TTU13.00 is supported on VISTA I run them daily from a PC with VISTA as a DBA

Please check your Start Programs ->

You do not say what version of TTU you are installing. You will see one of the following depending on this

Teradata Client ->
Teradata Client 13.10 ->

Tools like TD Admin seem to install in the base Start Menu, the others install under the above

In your control panel not everything will list out starting with Teradata. For example you will see ODBC as ODBC Driver for Teradata xx.yy.zz.qq and TDICU shows up as Shared ICU Libraries for Teradata xx.yy.zz.qq

Check under -> program files or -:> program files (x86) -> Teradata and you should see the folders for the tools you installed. Some of the tools have a verify.exe such at TD Admin. Run this to valide the install.
