Yes, when I saw that you were using a 3rd party tool and you indicated what it was, I contacted the vendor (I'm a BETA tester for them at times
and specifically for this tool). They are the ones that led me to the feedback I forwarded to you and the forum. Teradata are excellent of
providing its customers, vendors, etc. a way to find all these wonderful 'hidden' features sometimes;-) In this case a subtle one when upgrading
to 13.10 instead of getting a new system (floor sweep?) with 13.10 installed as new. This is also good to know as we have a 13.00 system and
getting another with 13.10 already in stalled next week - no doubt it would have caused us a lot of mystery (misery) when we eventually upgraded
our 13.00 to 13.10 and tried this.
So, a thank you is probably in order to you kind sir for the indirect heads up! . . . and to Mr Campbell for his 'insight' - much
appreciated.
