Whilst this is correct within the 'english' language, Teradata modelers and Relational modeling techniques do not promote the use of plurals in
Entity/Attribute (vis-a-vis Table/Column when physicalized) names. Not very consistent - but then again, some of the tables/views within the DD/DS
(i.e. DBC database) were probably created/established before TD started promoting good modeling techniques;-).
Just my $0.2 for what it is worth on today's market. . .
