Yes, the archive is done by 1 script. But there are many tables of that in the same archive. (the table is originally stored in db_old.tablename)

If I understood you correctly, with the "partitions where" clause, the table in the target database must exist (according the books) and the name of the target table has to be the same, in order for the arc utility to fetch the correct table from the archive file?
