Hi, AFAIK, "Release Lock...Override" is used for Host Utility Locks, when a table is beign archived, for example. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Release mload is a completely different thing. Especially "in apply" should be used with extra caution. You can end up with a corrupted table very easily. Basically, "release mload in apply" releases lock on a table where multiload is in application phase already. i.e. applying changes to your target table. If you release lock in this phase, it is pretty difficult (if not impossible) to restart your multiload job and the data in the table might be inconsistent.
