Fast load: - loads data to empty table and that too it is supports only insert operation that's why there is no "work table"

Multiload: - loads data to empty table or populated tables and can perform insert, update and delete. Here "Work table" is must for multiload to do pre-format the data row to satisfy the apply condition before goes to the target table.

If you not specifies work table in multiload it can create default work table (tablename_wt) but fast load wont
