Yes, if you know #of record in your data file.

     .IMPORT infile FORMAT VARTEXT '|'  for 1
        layout xxxx1
        apply yyy1;

     .IMPORT infile FORMAT VARTEXT '|'  form 2 thru 2
        layout xxxx2
        apply yyy2;

     .IMPORT infile FORMAT VARTEXT '|'  thru 3
        layout xxxx3
        apply yyy3;
