Implicit rights allow an owner (direct or indirect) to grant permissions on an object to anyone (including the owner himself), but the actual access rights are not automatically given without an explicit GRANT.

Automatic rights are given only to the creator (and the DB/User itself, if the object being created is a DB/User).
