Experts,

I have installed Teradata Express Edition 12 for Windows-(Teradata Software for Evaluation and Developer).

Later, I tried to start the Teradata Service Control but it stall with following comment "PDE state: DOWN/HARDSTOP"

Could anyone help me to trouble shoot this issue?
