Don't change any parameters in SQLA. Get a different version of the ODBC driver.

There is a bug in ODBC 13.0.0.6 (and 13.10.0.2) The bug is not present in 13.0.0.5 (or 13.10.0.1)

The bug will be fixed in later versions of ODBC - but I don't think they are available yet.
