To clarify, James dropped user FRED, but there were still objects in other databases that had been created by FRED; thus his ID shows up in
dbc.Tables.CreatorName. I suggested that James recreate them because in two or three years people will have forgotten who FRED was and will wonder
why his ID is still in the data dictionary. Technically, however, there is no need to recreate the objects.
