Esteemed users,

Thank you for your support.

Teradata 13.0 on Windows XP.

By running a Creating User command on SQL Assistant I created a user. Then I modified the user to grant null password. This way I granted access to data warehouse to other users and they could logon.

But one user hasn't been able to get in. He got an error, "A database error occurred. The database error text is [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver] Not enough information to log on (WIS 10901).

I am wondering why this user hasn't been able to logon while all users could get in.
