We are in the midst of doing the same. Suggest a robust test plan. We have run into a number of issues around timestamp handling (partitioning on timestamps requires DDL changes and has more limited functionality, query filters on timestamps cast to date had stats issues, multi-loads with current timestamps required a patch) We have also run into issues around Fastload and session logons when exceeding Load job limits and PE session limits.

Much of what we've run into is somewhat self inflicted by less than efficient design but still different behavior than on 12. Overall query performance has been roughly equivalent.
