Hi Maccha Narayana Rao Naidu,

The Daily Savings Time automatic adjustment feature is available via the Time Zone (TZ) string in 13.10 only.

If you are using Teradata 13.10, make sure the TZ string is set up correctly. If it is, DST adjustment is on. See the 13.10 Teradata Database Utilities - Volume 2 (L-Z) manual or the 13.10 SQL Functions, Operators, Expressions, and Predicates manual.
