Teh CollectTimeStamp has a precision of (2). Also, you probably need to use the ANSI date format 'ccyy-mm-ddbhh:mm:ss.xx' where xx is the precision you need. Try this:

     Sel  *
     from  dbc.qrylog
     where CollectTimeStamp  between TIMESTAMP '2010-06-01 10:10:01.01' and timestamp
     '2010-06-30 11:00:59.01'
     sample 5;
