You have specified a comma delimited file (VARTEXT) as input. Hence all fields in layout must be varchar (delimited by the comma or lf/crlf)

     .FIELD ACCOUNT_NUMBER   * VARchar(10);

Your Insert column list should also not have CHAR tokens in it
