On number 1) check your data file. Make sure it matches your definition of the data. Make sure it has row terminators (linux/unix LF; Winders
CRLF).
On Number 2) can you send a snipit of the script and data. Make sure your delimited matches in the specified delimiter in the script. Make
sure your data definitions of the layout (VARCHAR) can handle the largest string of each type.
