I think it is little complicated than just reviewing the I/O Wait chart. You will have to review several other column details in ResUsageSldv.
I believe PDCR has predefined reports to indicate problems in this area. In General, Pre-reads are good and if these are not recorded it is
indicative of FTS (CPU has to wait for a I/O action to complete)
Do you have any other details other than Wait on I/O?
