Subj:   Re: UPI - Why it will not check for duplicates?

From:   Sridharan M

Kaushik,

Upi; it will check duplicates but not allow duplicates.

Rows distributed based row hash value and its generates same row hash value for every repeated primary index value.

Rows are sorted locally in amp and it will checks whether the row hash value exists are not. If exsist, amp dicards that row.

Regards,

Sridharan
