Hi James,

Do you use ODBC to connect? If yes, what version are you at? There is a known bug on ODBC drivers earlier than 13.00.00.04: SQLA queries hang if connection is thru the ODBC.

The recommended solution: DR 132599 (in principal, upgrade your ODBC driver to a version 13.00.00.04 or higher, or use .NET for connection)
