Carrie, who does one 'increase the sampling percentage' for sampling? Excuse my ignorance;-(
When we were on 2.6.2 I could not find out how, but when running sampling on very unique columns, I found that the % would show up different in
many cases and assumed that the optimizer or collect stats automatically changed the sampling % - was I right - or just 'mistaken again' ;-)
