Hi, You're correct, the table doesn't make a lot of sense for these lines. When issuing a CREATE/MODIFY/DROP Database command then the Database object is locked with an exclusive lock. The "locking level by acess type" columns in the table are only really relevant for the DML commands listed, i.e. they're showing the types of locks placed when (for instance) you run a SELECT statement that accesses the table via a UPI/NUPI/USI index. In this case the lock placed is a rowhash lock. For DDL commands against the table or database then such access doesn't happen, therefore that entry in the table is "not applicable". Hope that helps.
