Thankyou very much on the solution. Yes, it works !

When TimeStamp is in the format of "01/10/2010 04:16:48.000000"

The following 2 formats works .......

1) (FORMAT 'MM/DD/YYYYBHH.MI.SS.S(6)')

2) (FORMAT 'MM/DD/YYYYBHH.MI.SS.S(F)')

So, we are good here. Thanks once again to all of you for taking some time and providing tips towards this problem.
