Both format strings should fail, because it's MI instead of MM for minutes and SS.S(6) instead of SS.SSSSSS.

     (FORMAT 'YYYY-MM-DDBHH.MI.SS.S(6)')

     (FORMAT 'MM/DD/YYYYBHH.MI.SS.S(6)')
