Hope you are on V13.

We have seen some issues with the UDFs after we went to V13. The SQL would not move, they do not consume any CPU, sessions keep active like that forever. As result of UDF calls there are some defunct process on the node level. There is not workaround as such, sometimes, aborting couple of times helps.

I have seen following UDF in your stmt.

     OREPLACE(UPPER(Forename)||UPPER(Surname)||UPPER(Postcode),' ','')

Try commenting that and see.
