Hi Mark, Re: " Could not resolve Data String " error I don't think this is anything to do with SSIS, it looks like a 'simple' hosts/dns problem. Your logon string will start with a 'tdpid', effectively a name used by the Teradata api s/w (odbc. .Net etc) to find the ip address of the Teradata system. In your logon string you need to specify a value such as gedwi. The api s/w then looks in the hosts file/dns tables for values gedwicop? - where ? starts at 1 and increments in value.
