  Delete ALL delete the data without making any copy of rows in Transient Journal where as normal delete does.  


It isn't true.

Delete (without where) and delete all behave the same way:

- when sent alone in teradata mode neither delete nor delete all use TJ

- when sent in ansi mode or as a part ( but not last statement) of transaction both use TJ
