Is there a chance that SKIP or SKIP 1 is considered as part of the Filename? In this case the file would not exists.

I used "filename" in the Windows environment as it often causes problems in my scripts....

     .IMPORT data FILE=c:\Data\ProdLoads.dat SKIP 1
