Dave, Definition of a small table depends on the system size. I don't remember the way to determine this off the top of my head. I don't have time to look it up right now. Table would definitely be small if it can fit into memory. Table would be small if the number of rows is less than the number of amps. You will by default get skew if the number of rows less than the number of amps on the system. No way to evenly put 100 rows across 1000 amps. At least 900 amps would have zero rows.
