Correct.

The feature is not available in 13.0 (or in the base 13.10 release) because the Answerset tabs in the Answer windows are now separate spreadsheets - they are not simply sheets within a single workbook, as they were in older versions.

As a result there was a large amount of work to do in order to replicate the feature.

The feature has been re-added in the 13.10.0.2 efix which will be on the TTU 13.10 Edition 2 (or 13.10.01) CD that should be available later this month. Note that it is already available for download from the patch server.
