Hi,

MONITOR access right is a shorthand for "all" monitor access rights, which includes MONSESSION. Granting MONITOR access right to a user will grant the five monitor rights: MONSESSION, MONRESOURCE, SETSESSION, SETRESOURCE and ABORTSESSION.
