Depending on which 13.0 efix version of the client tools you are installing you may find that they refuse to install because Windows7 is not a
recognized OS.
In that case you will need to right click on the setup.exe file, click on Properties, and in the properties dialog click on the Compatibility
tab, and select Windows XP service pack 3, and apply it. You should then be able to execute the install.
I would suggest that you download the latest patch (efix) from the patch server for any client tool that you plan to install. That may help you
avoid the above steps.
