How can we cause and 'intentional' error and if we do, what do we check for in the BTEQ script that called the Proc when it returns? e.g. in a BTEQ script we code the folowing: CALL mydb.purge_data ( "MEG" /* OUT: VARCHAR(1000), nullable */ ); When we return to the script, what would we code to detect that the proc 'logically/physically' aborted so we could terminate it with a .QUIT 8 - for example" Sorry if I'm not making this clearer - apologies.
