Don't know what data type this is (you didn't specify) but the suffix seems to be a Date Time (i.e. timestamp)? If so and the column is NULLABE - you could specify NULL - if it is not null, then I believe you need to specify a value as SPACE is not a valid DATE/TIME data type - no?
