Dieter, you can ignore the previous message. It is enough to carry on the usage to the missing minutes. "Missing" means that nothing happens
with sessions and the usage within "missing" minutes should just be equal to that of the previous minute. Confused it with cumulative usage, which
is not considered here, of course.
