According to Teradata knowledge item KAP19C94E, there is a tool called ODBCTest which may be downloaded from DataDirect to test a Windows ODBC
connection:

I tried to test both of the 64-bit flavors on an x64 Intel(R) Xeon Windows 2003 server, after installing a TTU 12 version of ODBC
12.0.0.1 64bit driver, but for each one, I got an error that "the image file odbcte32.exe is valid, but is for a machine type other than the
current machine".
Any ideas? TIA.
