  Is it possible to query the data dictionary tables in such a way as to determine whether collected stats on a column has a value of 0. Here is a sample output of a help stats statement that I executed. A select from dbc.ColumnStats returns a row but the column FieldStatistics is in a Varbyte column which can not be formatted or viewed. Any suggestions?
