Just a minor reminder...the 25 minutes in the explain plan are not a real time but an indication for effort. (I tell my folks to replace the
times with $ and never rely on this being the actual time.)
Your next step should be to go and check which parts of the query contribute most of the $ to the final results and why. Then address these sub
elements of the query first.
