Alan, you may get better responses by posting non-related questions under new subjects. Looks like you started this thread as a question on how to run SP via BTEQ but now all of a sudden you post a FastLoad log! It is getting confusing.

FastLoad is a utility separate from BTEQ. It is used for indeed "fast loads" into an empty table without any fancy additional structures on it. I am not familiar with running SPs in FastLoad. Don't think it is a good idea.

To use FastLoad you don't need OLE access module per se but if for some reason you want to use it then the module must be properly installed on your client. The error message suggests that this is not the case:

          > **** 13:48:24 I/O Error on Open: 3, Text: Requested Access Module not
          >               found

You'll need to talk to your Teradata administrator about the installation. Or, if your purpose is still to run an SP, just investigate the possibilities of BTEQ. You don't need FastLoad or OLE.
