Hi,

Viewpoint looks like an excellent tool. I would like to know about different shop's experiences with it.

Was the install smooth? Any issues setting up the proper roles? Any issues scaling to large numbers of users?

Also, did you use Viewpoint as intended by deploying it to a more diverse audience than you had for PMON?

If so was the experience positive? For example have users used the tool to better understand their queries? Has the load on the DBA's decreased?
