It depends which 'user' you want to change, but look under

     HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NCR\TeradataManager\12.00.00.00\Preferences\tdclient

     \TMSystems\

     \Profiles\

This assumes you are using TTU 12 - change the number part if not.

(You will not be able to change the password since that is encrypted.)
