It is 2550 appliance.

Quite shock to understand that Workload management is not available on this appliance, is it a limitation of this box or do they have better way to implement workload management.

I do have Teradata Manager and I am using the same for data collection, how is this related to Workload management or are you referring to data collection and then Analyser to get recommended workloads? infact I tried this to an extent but wasn't able to relate the same with Rule Set.

Can you point me to White Paper/Orange book or any link around for reference, please.
