These are options of the IMPORT, but no stand-alone commands.

Just remove the semicolons:

     .BEGIN IMPORT MLOAD TABLES ${DBNAME}.${TABLE_NAME}
       WORKTABLES
              ${DBNAME}.ML_T7521_INCRD_WRR
       ERRORTABLES
              ${DBNAME}.T7521_ERR_$DATE_TIME,
              ${DBNAME}.T7521_DUP_$DATE_TIME1
       SESSIONS 25
       CHECKPOINT 10000;
