I have found that you can no longer switch on tracing while SQL Assistant is running. Use the ODBC Administrator. Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC) (This will display the same dialogs as 'Tools, Define Data Source') Then use the Tracing tab to switch on/off tracing. Alternatively you can pass the command line parameter "-t" to SQL Assistant when you start the application. As in: queryman.exe -t This will start tracing automatically, using whatever log file is currectly defined. Mike Dempsey
