Thanks for your suggestions.

But, here, I am not supposed to copy the data from 1 server to another. I am currently exporting the data using SQL assistant. It extracts data from Teradata tables into excel for comparing. But excel can hold only up to 65000 records. I am here dealing with millions of rows. And time taken is also high. So, this technique is not helping me. Joining through access also would have the same limitation. Could you please suggest some analysis tool available? Also give details on the open source options as cost is to be considered.
