In order to continue from the last checkpoint, do NOT release MLoad and do NOT drop anything. Just run the job again.

The release / drop should ONLY be done if you were prior to start of Apply phase and want to start over (e.g. because your LAYOUT was wrong and records are being rejected anyway).
